Central Assembly:

• A large steel pyramid cone forms the base of our range of horse exercisers. A large central turntable bearing provides rigidity for the arms and prevents wear and tear on the driveshaft and hydraulic system.
• The arms and coaxers are fabricated from a range of steel sections to provide maximum strength.

Hydraulic System:

• The standard hydraulic system is enclosed within the pyramid base and a purpose built weather proof control cabinet, supplied with all horse exercisers, to ensure longevity of the product.
• Simple manual controls allow you to quickly and easily alter the speed and direction of your horse exerciser.

Guarantee & Maintenance:

• All our horse exercisers come with a full 2 year guarantee.
• Our simple hydraulics system requires little maintenance to keep it working perfectly, avoiding interruptions to your routine.
• All steelwork is fully hot dip galvanized to British Standard EN ISO 1461, this provides a long and durable maintenance free finish to your horse exerciser.

Fence Options:

When you choose a horse exerciser from Equestrian-Essentials there are many options when you’re specifying your fences, this allows us to match the exerciser to your requirements:

• The standard centre assembly only allowing you to erect your own inner and outer fences.
• A horse exerciser with a rotating inner fence. You can then choose to erect your own outer fence or purchase an outer fence from our range. The rotating inner fence is curved to match the inner diameter of the walkway and clad in weld mesh. This fence rotates at the horses shoulder height for maximum safety.
• The standard centre assembly, an inner and an outer fence. Our standard inner fence panel is 6’ high and constructed from a steel frame clad in heavy duty weld mesh and fully galvanized. The inner fence also incorporates an access gate to the centre for easy access during maintenance. Our outer fence is 6’ or 7’ high and of the same construction as the inner fence. A large hinged door provides easy access for you and your horse whilst entering and leaving the exerciser.
• Rubber clad fences for the maximum safety of your horses.
• Traditional timber post and rail fences.
• Maintenance free, shatter resistant recycled plastic fencing
